According to TMZ, the L.A. City Fire Department got a call around 1:09 A.M to go to Record Planet, a recording studio in LA and the caller reportedly said Chris Brown had a seizure. According to the reports, Chris refused treatment when medics arrived and also refused to be transported to the hospital.
